    Lol when I read this, I thought you killed your co-founder.

    You've got a really funny way of writing. I like your three step plan. Is your friend allowed to spend the money instead of disposing it?

      No to friends being allowed to spend the money. I wouldn't want friends to gain from me failing.

          Preferably burn the money. I want to avoid any benefit, such as an alturistic feeling that would come from giving to charity.
