ConsultSpot - the Uber for Career Advice

Hey everyone! Long time lurker, first time poster here.

I recently launched Consultspot.com and would love for you to try it and share some feedback. ConsultSpot is a marketplace for on-demand career advice.

Backstory:
When job hunting post-college, I realized how hard it is to pick a job/career path without knowing what the day to day of it entails. Same goes for picking schools and majors.
When it comes to 1-1 career advice we’re often limited to friends, family and our personal networks. Career counselors can work for some people but they’re often not in a position to answer specific questions about a school/job/company. Cold outreach to mentors is not the most efficient process either and people can be hesitant to do it since it feels like they are asking for favors.

Consultspot lets you find and book 30min consultations with people who are doing things you are interested in. The goal is to help people make better career decisions by talking to people who have done it before. On the supply side - it allows people to monetize their career experiences and earn money mentoring others (setting your own rates and availability).

We just launched and are working on increasing our supply of mentors first (classic marketplace chicken and egg problem).
