Content Trading on LinkedIn
Hi All,
There's been something that I've been thinking about for a while. When I post something for Link Reminder, it usually gets a few reshares based on my network, but it stops there.
Once my network knows about what I'm doing, it generally dies down a bit. I want to build my network but this takes a bit of time away from growing my product (I'm not good enough to grow the product and my network at the same time).
Just want to see everyone's interest in trading reshares on LinkedIn. The format would go something like this:
- Sign up here
- Add each other on LinkedIn
- We all schedule to post something (or not, you can be awesome and just share content!)
- Publish your content
- Everyone shares everyone else's content
This way, you can get exposure to yourself and to your product as well while definitely making some friends along the way.
I'd be up for this. Though the balance is to share stuff that we feel comfortable sharing too.
I'm also slowly working on growing the Indie Hacker LinkedIn page, so I can look for opportunities there too.
You make a good point! There should definitely be restrictions on the content posted, like only posts about the progress of an Indie Hacker's business.
