Could it be viable to build SaaS solutions that already exist?
I'm getting into SaaS development and am currently exploring some ideas. Most ideas I have eventually already exist in multiple different services. Now I'm wondering, that already means the idea is validated right? Because the market need is clearly there.
Is it still viable to pursue an idea that already has multiple solutions on the market by, for example, making it cheaper and/or offer different features?
