Hey everyone,
We are preparing the outbound sales strategy for Uvilox AI. We are positioning ourselves in the B2B AI space, and we want to start running highly targeted cold email campaigns to validate our core features.
Since deliverability and hook angles are tougher than ever, I wanted to map out our current angle and see if anyone has successfully run a similar play.
Our Target Audience: [Insert your exact target persona here, e.g., Agency owners / SaaS founders / Marketers]
Our Core Hook: [Insert the main problem Uvilox AI solves, e.g., Saving 10 hours a week on content generation / Automating workflow X]
My questions for the sales pros here:
For a new AI tool, are you finding more success with short, 2-sentence pain-point emails, or offering a quick loom video audit upfront?
What sequence length/cadence is giving you the best response rates right now without burning the domain?
Appreciate any insights from people actively booking meetings!
Thanks for sharing this. I’m also learning how sales partnerships and appointment setting work for software/AI services, so this was helpful.
We run cold outreach for our agency and here is what has held up through 2026. Short pain-point emails outperform Loom audits 3 to 1 for initial contact. The audit works better as follow-up once they reply. Sequence wise we do: day 1 problem-focused email, day 4 value-add resource, day 7 social proof, day 11 break-up. More than 4 touches and you are burning domain rep. The biggest shift was personalizing the first line based on something specific to their business rather than using the generic pain point as the opener. Also warm up the domain for at least 2 weeks before sending to cold lists.
