Creating a business from scratch is not a cakewalk.
From an external perspective, building a business can appear seamless. However, the reality is that it takes tremendous effort and dedication to turn an idea into a successful venture. Despite the inevitable challenges that come with entrepreneurship, those who persevere and remain resilient are the ones who ultimately succeed.
I am curious to hear about the current stage of your own journey. Where do you find yourself at this moment?
Did a soft launch 2 days ago with https://interaxai.com/ , which I built entirely from scratch. My current focus is on marketing, which is proving to be quite challenging since I only have basic knowledge in this area. Nonetheless, seeing people use the product serves as a motivation for me to keep pushing forward.

I also sucked at marketing. A few months ago, this changed when I decided rebuild it from the ground up, using basic building blocks like product, feature, benefit, quality, job-to-be-done, story, persona.
I created them and linked them to each other. Then I defined a set of experiments I want to run, telling the stories on different channels to see what works. Finally, I realized what I was doing: Building a habit for marketing.

I'm not the one to give advice haha but I guess just be consistent with it. Put effort into it! don't just copy and paste stuff everywhere. Post on all platforms whether it be social media, forums, tool lists, blogs, newsletters, or communities. PS: Indie hacker, Facebook groups, and YC hacker news seem to work great for me.

Btw, did you launched on product hunt or anywhere else?
I posted it on every social media platform on the first day, which got me around 200 page views and 20 users. I did actually post it on ProductHunt. However, I did not fully launch it yet, I only posted a teaser for it for 30 days. But after that first day, I find it hard to keep going haha. If I were to go back I'd probably take the planning part more seriously.
I'm at around 20 daily active users and zero MRR. Just launched last week. You're right, it's tough work. Where are you at in the journey?

I haven't launched it yet. Lot to learn about launching. Currently, I am at the website/portal building stage. It's 80% done and improving it constantly for the first best impression imo ✌️.

Anyway, my journey with my current project (focus101.com) which does virtual co-working (ie: gym-buddy system for work, not gonna flog it here) started 18-20 months ago as an idea.

After many setbacks and challenges, we're actually live and I use it everyday, got a few users and it's tough. Made no money (hard when you don't charge people to use it haha)
But... hey, I've done it :)
Now, we're taking in user feedback and improving, and also adding new features
And marketing, god I hate it so much, but has to be done
