Creating Micro Marketplaces for Mobile Orders

I am cooking this idea lately.

I have a mobile app where a local enterprenuer can onboard a number of restaurants(~20) in specific area and promote them in local community for mobile ordering. People who live in the local community can scan a qrcode to list all those restaruants and start giving orders. Part of Marketplace Fee will be paid back to local enterprenuer, local community and some other participants instantly.
