Creating quick FAQs with Notion
As startups, we don't have time for preparing great support pages.
There is no time to spend hours answering FAQs with the detail our users deserve (but, yes, it's so important)🤯
We decided to use Notion + our own Uphint docs.

Great way to use notion!
Nice, looks great, I like the branded image at the bottom of the page too. We did the same thing with Squeaky, it started as a few FAQs and actually it's now our whole (fairly basic) knowledgebase.

For now, we have 3 options: link, embed or PDF.
HTML and markdown are part of our roadmap, sounds better right? :)

What alternatives did you look at? I've liked GitBook, but I would prefer something with a less technical focus.
I use Notion with work, and I'm not a fan of working with it or its search functionality.
I had a look at UpHint and it's a cool solution! Is there something between your embed feature and the PDF?
I tried an example and it took 10 seconds to load, which isn't responsive enough for me. But I also wouldn't want the user to download a PDF.
Great app though, going far for sure!
