Creator platform for small businesses

Hello All,
I am working on creating a platform that will allow small businesses to search, select, and work with creators and influencers. This is how it will work:

  1. Businesses can create a job. A job is a description of their requirements
  2. Creators/Influencers can search the jobs and then apply for them.
  3. The business and creator talk (on chat) about the requirements. If they agree to work together, a final SOW is created which lists the campaign deliverables, timelines, prices, etc.

Businesses can choose from any of the below plans:

  1. Free - business posts a job. The job stays live for 15 days. It is on the creators to search and apply for these jobs.
  2. Gold - business posts a job. The job stays live for 15 days. All of the relevant creators are notified about the new job. The job shows on top of their search results page for 15 days. The business also gets 5 credits. Each credit allows business to directly contact the creators they like rather than wait for creators to get back to them.
  3. Platinum - business posts a private job. The platform (i.e. me and my team) finds and contacts the top 3 matches for the job. The platform shares the results with the business within 72 hours.

Questions for this group:

  1. Have you in the past thought of working with creators/influencers? If yes, how was the experience?
  2. If you're planning to work with creators, would a platform like this solve your need? Would you use it?
  3. Have you used any other similar platforms? Do they work well?

Edit 1: The first version of this platform will focus only on Twitter creators/influencers.

      Hey,

I've dropped this idea for now. (Working on something else, will create a new IH post soon and tag here.)

The main reason - there are a lot of platforms that are doing something similar.
Secondly - a lot of brands work with agencies/freelancers who do the leg work of finding the right influencers.

That doesn't mean it's a bad idea, but seems like there's only incremental value a platform can add.

With that said, happy to connect on LinkedIn -https://www.linkedin.com/in/siddhartharoraisb/

I've been dabbling with the creator economy for some time, here are my first thoughts:

It's true that some creators need brand deals, and some brands need creators for marketing. That's why there's (afaik) a considerable amount of platforms like this. Obviously, this is not a bad thing, but I'm wondering what's your main differentiator? Did you do research on this?
