CrowdSurvey - How to become successful

Hello IH!

I've set up a simple Google Doc as a survey to harvest the knowledge of the crowd on how to become a successful startup/business owner.

The hope is that, once you complete the questions, I can create a report on how many people feel they have the right tools, abilities, and insight into their planning, strategies, and competition to become successful.

Once this report has been written up, it'll be sent out with helpful tools on how to overcome those obstacles.
