Crow's Nest – weekly planner for Harvest users

Harvest users are a great target - they're already committed to the billable workflow, which means they understand the value of a planning layer that connects time to outcomes.

The gap Crow's Nest is filling is interesting: Harvest is excellent at logging what happened, but the 'what should I actually do this week given what I have in flight' planning is usually done outside of it in a notes app or nowhere at all.

I'm building a Notion OS for solopreneurs and freelancers at $0-5K MRR specifically for people who don't use Harvest but need the same connective tissue: six linked databases (clients, projects, tasks, revenue, decision log, weekly review). The weekly planning layer is built in - it surfaces active projects, open client work, and revenue against target so you start every Monday with the full picture.

Two alpha users is exactly the right stage to get obsessive about what they're doing with it in between sessions. Are they using the week view as a planning tool or more as an end-of-week review?

One thing worth adding to your roadmap if you don't have it: invoice follow-up tracking. Harvest users who track their time and send invoices regularly face a consistent problem — the invoice gets sent, the client goes quiet, and then the follow-up cycle is manual and uncomfortable. A planner that could surface 'Invoice #123 is 7 days past due, next follow-up due' alongside the weekly work plan would close a real gap for freelancers.

What's the main use case you're seeing with your 2 alpha users? Is it more about budget tracking per project, or managing weekly capacity?
