What to do: Article 13 aka upload filters

Hi all! This might be mostly interesting for our european indiehackers: Article 13 regarding the european copyright directive.

Currently I'm developing a MVP for a website that allows users to create and read interactive stories (see here https://www.indiehackers.com/chrherbert/post/3cf455537d). Now I'm not having a clue what to do with my project. I would really like to continue developing this website but I'm unsure if will be ever able to launch it.

Do you also create a website/ an app that relies mostly on user-generated content? How do you feel about article 13 and what are your plans? Would like to hear from you.
