Daily Tracking App

Just put https://howsyourblank.com out there.

I scratched my own itch for this app idea. I've been dealing with a chronic health issue, and I just wanted a dead simple daily tracking app to "rate" my symptoms. There are many options out there, particularly around "mood" tracking. But they have so many features that get in the way, and they lack what I wanted for spotting trends. I've seen the year-in-pixels charts, and I wanted to have a digital version of that, plus a month view.

I also differentiated with privacy, considering that personal health data is likely to be the focus. I'm relying on the great https://userbase.com tool for accounts and data.

The core functionality is there, but there is much to do, particularly with the landing page and education. I would like to add more analysis on the data and options for tracking multiple data points, habits, etc., to help discover correlations in tracked data. And I may look to make this my first native mobile app if there is enough interest in the web version.

I'd love any feedback! Free to use. I could see moving to freemium with additional features.

Thanks!

I love this! I also have a chronic health condition and was attempting to build something similar to track my symptoms. A more mobile-friendly UI would be top of my list for improvements!

Thanks! I'm hoping to eventually use this as my first attempt at an iOS and/or Android app. I've only done web apps up to this point, but this definitely would work best as a native mobile app.

I've been tracking my meals separately (Apple Notes has worked best for me), but I needed a way to reference back to better or worse days so I can compare my diet on those days. That's where this has come in very handy for me.

Welcome to the club of people who have built their own quantified self aggregator :)
For feedback, I'd suggest posting to some of the self-tracking forums, like this one and this one.

Yes, I'm in good company! Thanks for the resources. I will definitely check them out.
