Data analytics tools

Hi makers!

Which tools, languages, libraries do you use for data analytics (tracking business metrics, app's performance, etc) if any? And why?

Hey Veronika, I'm writing a book on this right now.

You should definitely be tracking your app's business and technical performance. If you don't, you'll always be guessing in the dark as to what works (or doesn't) and your competition will crush you through sheer clarity.

The goal for this book is to take you from "not sure what to do" to "done" in a couple hours, with future-friendly analytics data capture all set up.

    The book tells you:
-which tools to use, and why
-what data to capture, and in prioritized order

Why me? I've spent the last 8 years in the analytics industry, building scalable, billion-dollar analytics for PlayStation, Rakuten, and a chunk of the Fortune 500.

If you ever become interested in JavaScript libraries for data analysis, you're welcome to check out the tool our team is developing:

Maybe it will become useful when researching a toolset recommended in your book :)
