Day 12 — why I'm not showing supply numbers at launch

Designed the verification and company-facing pages today. The core
idea: verification isn't a one-time checkbox or badge — it's a live,
adaptive interview at signup, and a participant's standing keeps
reflecting their actual response quality over time, not just whether
they passed a screening once.

The company-facing side leads with the same idea: "real answers, from
people who actually know the work" — full professional profiles
(role, tools, experience, AI/automation background) collected before
matching, not inferred afterward.

One deliberate choice I made: not showing supply numbers (how many
verified specialists exist) anywhere on this page at launch. Early,
small numbers read as weak evidence and invite comparison to
established platforms I can't win on volume alone. I'd rather lead
with process quality and revisit real numbers once they're actually
strong.

Still working toward the manual specialist test I mentioned — that's
the real next step, not more pages.
