Day 3 update on Superpower for Gemini.

Two things happened today:

First, I reached out to multiple influencers in the Gemini/AI tools space. No results yet obviously, just planted the seeds. If even one of them mentions it organically that could move the needle more than anything else I can do right now.

Second, the latest update went live today which means I can now officially apply for the Chrome Web Store Featured badge. The Featured badge is essentially free distribution, Google surfaces featured extensions more prominently in search and category pages, so it's worth pursuing even if it's a long shot and outside my control.

Nothing dramatic to report on the numbers, MRR is ticking up slowly but steadily.

Would love to hear from anyone who's gone through the CWS featuring process. What did they actually look for?

What it does: Superpower for Gemini adds the power-user features Google never built: native chat folders, a smart message queue (send your next prompt while Gemini is still generating), bulk export to PDF/DOCX/TXT, a prompt library, slash commands, folders, a daily limit counter and more.

The Featured badge is one of the few levers in CWS that actually compounds once you're in, discovery feeds itself. From what I've seen, Google looks at a few things: consistent update cadence (you're already doing that), clean permissions (minimal host permissions, clear privacy policy), and user reviews/ratings quality over quantity. The fact you just shipped a polished update before applying is smart timing. One thing worth checking: make sure your privacy practices tab in the CWS dashboard is 100% filled out incomplete disclosures are an easy auto-reject reason.

    Great idea!
