Day 4 update on LeadRadar AI.
When I started this project, I thought the difficult part would be connecting Reddit to an LLM.
It wasn't.
The difficult part has been making the workflow reliable enough to handle real-world data without constantly breaking.
Today's improvements focused on:
Centralized configuration
Better validation before AI processing
More robust JSON parsing
Cleaner workflow organization
More reliable lead qualification
No flashy new features today.
Just making the product something I would actually trust running every day.
Tomorrow I'll focus on making the template easier for anyone to install and customize.
I'd love to hear: what's the most fragile part of your automation workflows?
What stood out to me is that the product seems to have shifted from "connecting AI to Reddit" to "making automation trustworthy."
A lot of AI automation looks impressive in demos, but the real value comes from being reliable enough that someone is comfortable letting it run without watching it. That feels like a much more durable direction than adding another capability.
That's exactly the direction I'm aiming for.
Connecting AI to Reddit is the easy part. The real challenge is making the workflow reliable enough that freelancers can trust the output instead of constantly checking it.
Most of my recent work has been around handling edge cases, improving parsing, and making the automation resilient. I think reliability is what turns a demo into a product.
I think that's the more interesting story.
Your reply left me thinking about an implication of building around reliability that isn't obvious at first, but could shape a lot of future product decisions.
