What I built: AI SuperHeroes — an MCP server with 24 tools (resume builder, SEO auditor, Shopify optimizer, website builder, URL shortener, AI agent creator).

What's working:

• Listed on Smithery and mcp.so within 24 hours
• Submitted to 5+ MCP directories
• Getting organic discovery from registry searches
• Free tier drives signups, premium tools convert

Revenue model:

• Free tier: Basic access to all tools
• Pro: $29/mo for unlimited usage + priority
• Enterprise: Custom pricing

Tech: Node.js + Replit + MCP Streamable HTTP. One endpoint, 24 tools. Connect from Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any MCP client.
