Day 9 update on Superpower for Gemini.

Big milestone this week: it's been one month since I launched monetization for Superpower for Gemini. Total revenue is now past $2,000 and MRR crossed $200. Both numbers are moving in the right direction.

The headline from this week though: Superpower for NotebookLM hit $200 in revenue with only around 100 users. The conversion rate is high but it makes sense. The first people to find it came from Reddit, where NotebookLM power users actively hang out. They see the extension, they immediately get the value, they install it. That's a very different crowd from a casual CWS browser stumbling across it.

Superpower for Claude is still at $0 revenue, that one needs a proper promotion push before the monetization can kick in. It's next on the list.

Most of my time this week went into the other two extensions.

Still waiting to hear back on the CWS featuring application and the influencer outreach. Patience.

What it does: Superpower for Gemini adds the power-user features Google never built: native chat folders, a smart message queue (send your next prompt while Gemini is still generating), bulk export to PDF/DOCX/TXT, a prompt library, slash commands, folders, a daily limit counter and more.

Crossing $200 MRR while running three extensions in parallel is a solid signal — and the NotebookLM conversion rate making sense because Reddit power users self-select into the niche is a really sharp observation. Curious how you're thinking about the Claude one: do you wait for an organic Reddit beachhead like NotebookLM had, or push paid/influencer first since the Claude power-user community is more spread out (Discord, X, IH itself)? Either way, rooting for the CWS featuring decision.

Nice progress. What‘s been the most unexpected lesson from these 9 days?
