I wonder if the following ideas exists.

Decentralized quora or decentralized stack exchange/overflow.

I ask because right now I am in need of answers to some stripe/coding question fast, and currently there is no website were I can offer some kind of monetary reward to speed up the answer process. Decentralized sites I listed about would do the job.

If they don't exist I recommend someone start them.
