Unfortunately, I don't see the utility in this either. What is it that you think this solves? I don't believe there are times resumes need to be displayed. Now if there is a need to display a resume why not use PowerPoint?
I've got mixed feeling about this. This is an interesting idea and I can see the appeal from an applicant/users perspective since it is likely easy to create (which is an assumption because its not in the video), but as someone who receives a lot of resumes I might find these to be annoying to receive. Why watch a video that I have to rewind etc. when I can just read the LinkedIn Profile? What value are you adding?
