Not entirely clear
Coding challenges as teams while learning a thing, whats the thing? Do you match make the teams? Why does it all sound complicated? And what are we doing? And why do I need to scroll multiple screens to guess what are you talking about

Without the video
It looks okay to me, just the headline "Code realistic solutions weekly" sounds a bit un-natural. Also you may want to use Wistia for the video (they have a free tier), you have much more customizations there.
