Designing a small-room social network

I'm currently building a project called WorldPark.
The idea is to create a simple social space where people can make their own “rooms” like small parks or tents.
Room owners can run communities, share ideas, or even sell things.
But the platform itself stays neutral — each room is managed by its owner.
I'm still designing the system and experimenting with the structure.
I'm curious what people think about this idea:
Would you join a small themed room or community like that?
