Interesting, I always wanted to launch something similar.
How do you handle complex tasks and super specific jobs ? I feel like it's where you could loose a ton of time, which can be problematic in this kind of unlimited business model
I don't do the unlimited model. Mine is more like a traditional retainer, but you can join and pause at any time. My pricing page lays out hour caps and other limits.
