Difference between ActiveCampaign automations and Automateio?

I'm trying to find the difference between ActiveCampaign automations and Automateio

Does anyone know the two very well and is able to help me figure out the differences?

They seem to do almost the exact same thing however when trying to integrate Calendly (with multiple users and their respective events) I couldn't get that to work with Activecampaign (it just gave me the default user's options)
