Do any Software Devs at small tech startups have frequent trouble centralizing their work in diff collaborative tools?
Do you get overwhelmed by all the diff places you have not work out of with your team? i.e slack, GitHub, Jira, etc??

I manage a 3-man company (including me) and I would say that in this environment unused tools died out very quickly.
I think I tried dozens times to push Azure DevOps with kanban process to the team, but that just does not work for us.
And after all, only essentials tools left - for us it was telegram, notepad, devops repos, devops ci.
