I'm wondering which features have driven revenue or spiked revenue.

I think with enough tweaks and enough time revenue can gain traction. I've read enough stories and watched enough videos that suggest it was never a single thing that "suddenly" caused the product to take off. (Maybe a very rare example can be made otherwise. But was that one "feature" also scalable or reproducible as a one-size-fits-all kind of tool).
I tend to think of this when I see titles to posts touting "Do X instead of Y" or "How I reached 200k mmr" or some other thing. I guess I find these title very prescriptive without much context given or context considered for those implementing these tactics.
