Do you have a problem with spam users or fraud?

Some of my recent projects have had thousands of spam account sign ups.
Things that recaptcha aren't stopping. Everything from fake emails to weird user accounts that are trying to sell you everything from bitcoin to moving services to porn.

I've built up a set of tools that identify, validate and prevent spam users from signing up. I'm wondering if anyone else is interested in a spam/fraud prevention API.
