Do you have an business operating system?

I have started my journey as IH very recently and I am starting to feel the need to have an operating system to drive my efforts to the right direction. I want to spend less time on marginal tasks and more on moving my projects forward.
I've started to think about my 9-5 job OS but clearly the foundations on top of which it is built do not match a solo-preneur situation, probably there are some values that can be shared and I have to think about it a bit more.
In future I'll explore this topic making experiments to find a better way to run my project but before reinventing the I want to ask to this community:
- do you have an OS?
- how is it structured?
- what tools do you use?
@fpsd I've been on the journey of building a business operating system as a service (BOSS) since 2014. Finally reaching the state where we are starting public beta rollout in Q1, 2024 - as fast as end of January after our repos have reached over 3K commits.
