Do you have an Enterprise pricing plan?

Dividing your pricing plans into standard, professional and enterprise is a fairly common pricing pattern, e.g.:

Standard: $29
Pro: $99
Enterprise: Let's Talk/Contact Sales

In the context of an indie product, do enterprises really get in touch?

What's your experience?

Sometimes people get in touch wanting something custom that doesn't really make sense to roll out to everybody else or perhaps an SLA (Service Level Agreement)

I think in the early days having "Let's Talk" is sufficient unless your product is specifically geared towards enterprise customers, then I think your entire pricing/offering should be geared towards that type of customer

Makes sense. Have you been contacted by enterprises looking for a custom implementation of your solution? If so, what is the frequency compared with the regular users, and how does their use case differ?
