Curious if you (or maybe you know someone) who regrets raising money vs. doing things the bootstrapped way.
I raised too much before I had really found product market fit and it made pivoting very complicated.
I have friends who recently raised $500k for their SaaS and they don't regret it a bit, because the whole software is a cat-and-mouse game. They've been able to survive thanks to this money when the platform they were working on made significant changes.
