Do you struggle with simultaneously conducting customer interviews and developing your MVP?

As a solo tech entrepreneur it has been a struggle validating my ideas with customers.

The following are the normally steps
1, Define Hypothesis for Buyer Persona (possibly MVP development)
2, Find and Convince a potential customer to participate in customer interviews
3, Schedule a meeting with some app like Calendly.
4, Preparing an interview script.
5, Conduct the interview and take note.
6, After the interview reanalyse the video (if the participants allowed you to record it)
7, Analysis and Annotate interviews findings
8, Iterate Hypothesis, and MVP.
9, Run UX Testing Sessions.
10, update MVP with critiques from sessions. Repeat from step 2 (x10 or x100 times).

These where the steps I took before developing a platform that heavily simplifies this process.
