Do you think this HACKcelerator a good option?

I know this goes against how we do things around here, but basically they're offering a 3 month Startup mentorship (part time) with a chance to pitch for investors, for 3% shares (will need to incorporate).

To me it seems no matter how this ends, I would receive help improving my product and its scalability and connect with people in the startup scene.

What are your thoughts?
What are your past experiences like with similar programs?
