Do you work 9-5 or flexibly?

Now I'm working 9-5 and I appreciate it - it helps me maintain work-life balance

Flexible! Control over my schedule is one of the biggest benefits of working for yourself imo.

Having said that, I still work pretty regular hours the majority of the time. It just makes the most sense to work while other people are too. But it's nice to know that I could work at another time if I wanted too.

90% flexibility 10% "fixed". I have a fixed job I usually need to to towards the end of the day and I use that as a "deadline" to complete my other tasks flexibly.
