Does URL masking/cloaking hurt the original URL?

Hey Indies, Need some piece of advice, please. I suspect some users are cloaking/masking their public pages (created on my domain) with their own domain. Will that hurt my SEO? Personally, I have no issues if my SEO is safe.

      I am not. Users do that so that they use their own domains.

      Thanks for your reply.
      In that case, I should either include a canonical meta tag on all the pages or exclude the user pages from SEO with no-follow tag.
