Came across a quote today that got me pondering:
“You have to understand what they are worried about, what their fears are, what they are trying to do. If we don’t engage with them in this way, it doesn’t matter what technology we use.” - Roy Rosin, Chief Innovation Officer, Penn Medicine.
It made me reflect—Are we sometimes so engrossed in pushing the boundaries of technology that we might overlook the actual needs of the users?
Technologies are evolving at an unprecedented rate, but the question remains: are they addressing real fears, worries, and needs? My take on this is that the essence of true innovation is rooted in empathy and understanding, molding solutions to cater to individual concerns and goals.
