Don't listen to your customers

Though I don't think this applies to Indiehackers as they themselves are entrepreneurs
Listening to the customers doesn't mean you have to follow what they say, as a product owner, you should have your own insights on the product.
While building HeyForm and TinySnap, we collect feedback from customers and put their demands into the queue, when a certain feature is requested by multiple customers, we consider it a real problem and build it.
You have to listen to your customers because you are building a product to serve them, that's simple logic.
What I'm trying to say there is that you must not listen to them in money matters. Read the third tweet.
" Now Of course you must listen to your customers but not in things like SAAS prices or LTDs(and there is a line in not listening to customers and not caring a F***k about them)"
