I like your idea for such a tool but I didn't find myself using it at first glance.
It offers functionality I am not looking for and doesn't offer the things I want.
For example, I would really like to see a good activity diagrams tool.

Can you elaborate on the Activity diagrams tool, what is it, is there a current product I can look at?

You can take a look at planttext.
I kind of like the idea of creating the diagrams by text but this tool feels sluggish.

In general there a several types of diagrams that I like to use but can't remember the names of all of them. I'll look it up and let you know :)
