Driving Reviews in Other Countries

Hey folks,

I am wondering if anyone has experience soliciting reviews from their customers in other countries (particularly for mobile apps). We are on both app stores and have found it quite difficult to reach any of our users via email. We are Canadian and are having more success in the American app store, but our number of ratings/reviews in the USA is quite low. I can imagine it would help us a great deal to increase these numbers (it has in Canada).
