E-mail marketing tools

Hi, wanted someone to advise me on any tools for such inputs below.
IS there something like that?

1. Main website: there is a main website, which sells SaaS.

I have automated e-mails on welcome / password reset only via MailJet service.

I gather some info on login (like company size/occupation/company name/country).

There is a status on SaaS subscription (via Stripe) on my SaaS.

1. Blog: I also have a blog on Ghost where users can subscribe for the blog (separate e-mail list from main website).
2. Jobs board segment: I have a separate job board which is also on third-party solution (Niceboard), which can gather e-mails.

Is there a service that allows for:

1) CRM: Getting all user info from my Main website into CRM (e-mail, country, company name, etc.)

2. E-mail marketing automation: Support e-mail marketing automation (do I need another e-mail service here or?)

3. Pop-ups on Main website: with CTA to buy/subscribe/etc. to increase conversion rate of users to paid subscribers

4. Cold e-mailing: I want to do this in future - or I shouldn’t mix e-mails for my users and cold e-mails?

5. Get blog users e-mails: into the CRM

6. Get jobs segment users e-mails: into the CRM
