How are you guys managing your social media accounts?

How are you guys managing your social media accounts? Do you post everything yourself, use a scheduler (if so, which one) or do you have a social media manager (if so, how many hours does this person spend?).

Also, would you recommend finding a copyrighter on upwork for blog content or social media management?
