Not really and e-commerce does not really animate me everyday I'm looking for web project ideas that I already have now I'll analyze the one that suits me best.

I would start with: what are you currently good at? What are the things that you can help others with?
I would recommend reading through some interviews and listening to podcasts on IH which will give you an idea of how others got their ideas. This episode featuring Lynne Tye is a fantastic place to start.
There's also tonnes of useful guidance on the forum as well, and you could end up reading and researching for days. But in the end, you've also got to take some action!
Make a goal for yourself that, within the next 7 days, you'll come up with at least 5 ideas a day. Then by the end of the week, figure out what you're most interested in, good at AND something that should help a lot of people.
Do that and you should have plenty of ideas to work with :)

And also - if money were no object, where would you spend your time? Then think to see if there is something you could create in 'that space'.
Explore the tons of useful content, podcasts and interviews that are here on IH. Everyone is unique, with different ideas, hopefully they will inspire you to take small consistent steps towards indie hacking. Take notes of the ideas that would be relevant to you.
And of course, let us know your progress and ask the IH community for help.
I read a lot of books and listen podcasts, interviews and always conference day in French. Since yesterday I learn very much information and idea. Thank you I will not miss it

Yes, thank I would listen today but my knowledge in English it's not yet at top. I learn hard for speak and understand perfectly. This site it's perfect for that i very excited the value come at me.
