Easier referencing with anchor links for article headers

Tiny feature idea that I think would be awesome to build!

I've been reading an IH article with 5 tips (can't link directly due to reputation constraints, I'm new here) and particularly loved tip #3. I wish there was a way to copy an anchor link directly to tip #3 to my marketing scrapbook (a trello board with marketing ideas). Instead I have to either copy the full URL and note where to find what I care about, or copy a chunk of text which would bloat my scrapbook.

An example website that does it well is github. E.g. this link: https://github.com/facebook/react-native#-building-your-first-react-native-app takes you to the relevant header in the readme, not the entire readme page. See how when you hover your mouse over headers an anchor link icon appears that when clicked gives you the anchor URL?
