Efficiently tracking conversion metrics across Google and FB Ads

Is there a took that efficiently tracks metrics across Google and FB Ads? I can go about and set both platforms myself but I am wondering if there is a free library or SaaS offering that automatically does that.
To be precise, when I send conversion events to this tool, it should correctly forward the conversion event to Google and FB Ads.
