Read books about startups. Read motivational quotes. Watch interviews with successful people on YouTube. Read this. Hear that. Consume.
Our brains have limited capacity in terms of its "computational power". Every time you read something - even this post! - you spend your energy, time, and resources in general. Those precious resources that could've been spent on creating value, instead of consuming information you may never actually need.
The digital era is full of noise, be it real noise from a TV or just "noise" information that comes into your brain - and forces it to spend resources on processing it.
The key of being more productive is not to work more - you can't magically start spending more energy than your body has. The key is to cut off things that consume your energy. At the end of the day, who became rich by reading books and watching Youtube videos? No one. People get rich by creating (!!!) something valuable (!!!).
Meditations are a great thing to start from. Psychotherapy is a less popular choice, but it does help to understand why you keep spending your precious time on things that don't really lead you to achieving your goals - and modify your behavior.
