Email client recommendations?

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

I am in the market for a new email client, I have been using Newton (https://newtonhq.com/) over the past couple of years, but it has been failing me over and over ever since it got acquired.

I don't need anything crazy like SuperHuman (I think), but I would prefer if it was cross-platform (Windows & Mac).
