Hey all,
Not sure if this is the write group but I’m looking for advise on getting an email copy writer. One of the growth plans I want to pursue is through email marketing and I’m horrible at copy so I’m thinking I can hire someone to put my thoughts on paper in an elegant and captive manner. Anyone have any referrals?
Thanks in Advance,
@tjrg I can help you here with the copy. I have scaled my start-up from $0 to $$million. Email is the tool we used predominantly for our sales. I wrote a little bit about here - https://www.indiehackers.com/post/0-to-hero-template-for-indie-hackers-6080c59a8d

Hey there.
I definitely disagree with the comment that an email copywriter couldn't easily learn your voice.
This is what my team and I do ALL THE TIME.
Let me know if you'd like to chat and I can point you in the right direction of a copywriter that would work for your situation.
Hello! Agreed with Juris, email copy is hard but one point I disagree with is that a copywriter can't adapt to your brand. Their job is to discuss branding with you first, including tone of voice, intent and elements you want to highlight. Then, they can make suggestions for those emails. I've done email strategy, automation and copy for about 4 years, for several companies and my job has rarely been about inventing a whole new thing myself. It's fun when it happens though.
But most of the times, we have to adapt to a company's branding. One person you can contact that I've been working with for a long time is Coni Longden-Jefferson. She's great, native speaker and knows about storytelling, branding and UX writing. Here's her site: http://conilj.com/.
I'd be happy to help with the design if that's a pain point for you. My site: https://tamarasredojevic.com
