Email finders/sniffers/tools

I've got a great product (SaveMeASeat.io) that creates a round robin networking program for remote teams/groups - we're trying to keep the watercooler alive even in this crazy disconnected world we're living in. I'm trying to collect emails of people that are "Employee Engagement Lead/Head/Chief" and HR leaders and what not because they're going to be the buyers of my product. I've used tools like Hunter.io before, as well as Linkedin Sales Navigator (I feel so spammy using that though, I'd actually rather cold email than hit up someone on linkedin).

So, with a little context of my issue, have you used any tools to find and collect emails for cold emailing? Any idea how to hack company org charts to find the right person to contact? Do you have any secret tactics I should be doing to reach out to potential buyers?
