Email newsletter with no-shit case studies

Hi everyone, good to be in this place.

Not sure about others, but as I'm following multiple blogs, websites and podcasts, I still can't find very useful real-life case studies regarding best digital marketing approaches, growing customer base, sales or business in general. Like the ones that actually make sense (sorry, tested changing CTA button to orange and it didn't lift my conversion rate by 50% as many others claim).

I would love to see in detailed and REAL way how one company grew email list to first 1000 subscribers, or how the other one created killing onboarding that lifted retention rates like crazy. I feel like I'd use such service.

Also I really enjoy newsletters that for example morningbrew.com makes. I feel like it's really good medium to share premium content.

Now, do you think it also makes sense for you? Would you pay some small amount (like 5$) to receive such newsletters on some regular basis (1, 2 times per week)? Feels like a good trade if quality of case studies and real life examples would be high but still, I'd love to know what you think.

Like all good things, it depends. I'm usually looking for case studies when evaluating a particular topic or product, of course, but I don't want to receive them constantly and potentially on topic areas or products I'm uninterested in. It's a highly-targeted activity for a short duration.

Case studies are usually provided by product makers to show how their product made a difference, or otherwise they're provable tips and included - albeit at a high level - in books, like @robhope's excellent Landing Page Hot Tips, or in the brilliant Smashing Magazine's email newsletters.

Who do you see as the market for this, and why do you think people could subscribe to Case Studies As A Service?
