Email Service Provider Question

Recently my email open rates have gone down. They were at about 15% now they're at about 10%. I'm not sure if this is due to poor copy or my email service provider Omnisend sending to junk mail.

I realize I may be oversimplifying a problem but does anyone have insight into this? Is one provider better than another?

If I am going to spam, how do I get out?

Some people respond to my emails so I know some subscribers are in fact getting them and interacting with them.

For context: I have about 5500 email subscribers and sell music software.

For anyone that's wondering. My email open rates were bad because my headlines sucked. Improving them has gotten me upwards of 25% open rate. Litty!

This isn't necessarily an issue with OmniSend.
Remember that it's the email ISPs that are classifying your email as junk/spam, when they receive the email.
They take your sender IP reputation, sender domain, subject line and content into consideration.

Has this been a gradual decline or a sudden jump?
Have you got visibility on which email ISPs are classifying your emails as spam?
It may be that one specific provider is doing this and it isn't across the board.

If it is across the board and you haven't really changed anything with your list or marketing style, that's when I would look at OmniSend and take a look at the setup.
Are you sharing IPs with other OmniSend customers, which means you are at the peril of their reputation and sending style.
Probably best to chat to OmniSend support on the configuration details.
